Q Will Astral Car Centre be there in 12
months time should I need them?
A Yes, Astral Car Centre has been established for 8 years, we do not
have the large impressive ‘glass showroom’ or salesmen with their
hard sell tactics or fancy sales gimmicks, just a good honest
presentation from ourselves using honour and integrity as a basis to
running our business.
We rely on repeated trade and a relationship built on over a period
of time. This we feel is what holds us in good stead for the future,
we promise that we are only a phone call away as we are here to
stay.
Q How do I know I am purchasing a
reliable vehicle?
A Unfortunately there is no way of telling if a vehicle you would
like to purchase will never break down, although we can guarantee
that we do our utmost to firstly source what we feel is good quality
stock, vehicles that look like they have been cared for and had
regular servicing, the vehicles then have a preliminary inspection
and prepared to the highest standard possible.

Q I have a part exchange.
Would you be interested in it?
A Yes, we will take most
vehicles in part exchange regardless of their age, mileage or
condition.
Q I would like to finance the car, is that possible?
A Yes, finance is available and we would do our utmost
to provide you with the most competitive rate possible.

Q What warranty does the car come with?

Your new purchase will be sold with a Warranty 2000 Premier
Mechanical Breakdown Cover.
By using our Warranty 2000 Mechanical Breakdown Cover, it means that
you have the self-assurance that your vehicle will be repaired,
provided it complies with the general terms, definitions and

Q How do I know I am
purchasing a genuine car?
A Each vehicle that comes into stock or part exchanged is HPI
checked. HPI has many features that will help us to determine
whether or not a vehicle is genuine. Some of the features include,
Vehicle ID which confirms the true identity of the vehicle, Plate
transfer, which gives us information on any private plates, Security
watch, which tells us if a car offered for sale really belongs to a
daily rental company, Stolen, information recorded on the Police
National Computer determines whether a vehicle has been stolen or
not and Finance, which concludes if a vehicle has any outstanding
finance.

Q Does it come with an MOT?
A Yes, all of our vehicles are sold with a minimum of 6 months, any
less than that and a new MOT will be required.

Once I have chosen my vehicle will you require a deposit and how
can I pay the final balance?
A Once you have carefully selected the vehicle you wish to purchase
a deposit of £500 will be required which is non refundable in the
event of withdrawing from the purchase.
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque ( please allow 5 working days
for clearance), Credit card ( subject to 2.5% service charge), Debit
card, or Bankers/building society cheque |
